Awesome service! This is the way all business should be run. A neighbor let his dog up on my drivers door & scratched it pretty bad, looked like some paint was missing. Jason the manager @ this location came out to look @ damage. I was looking for a quote to bring back to my neighbor. Jason actually fixed the damage for me for free. He taped off my decals & used a couple different polishing compounds on it, down on his knees for 20 mins. When I asked how much for the repair he said no charge, don't worry about it, glad I could help. Can't thank him enough, I'll definitely be bringing all & any body work back to this location!! If your sick of crappy service this is the place to come, super friendly staff @ front desk too. Thanks again Jason.

My daughter was rear ended and had truck repaired and has been back twice since to have lights changed not related to original damage they are honest, super polite don't talk down to women and I feel so confident when she goes to them that they will treat her right. Fantastic people.

First class service and fast repairs. I brought my vehicle in for a hit-and-run repair and they accomplished this task with not only great professionalism but also fantastic service. They not only repaired my vehicle but gave me a fresh car smell after their thorough cleaning, both inside the car and shining exterior.

Good quality work on autobody, fast service, just like new. Even though they forgot to plug back the sensor in the bumper but they are willing to pay for the service charged by manufacturer to diagnose and fix, responsible crew doing the right thing.

I brought my car in for an estimate as I backed my car into my husband's car. They buffed out the scratches on my plastic bumper and it looked like it didn't happen. I am so happy with the results. Thanks for taking the time to help me.

This is the 3rd time I have had to use the services of this repair shop. Two collisions and a rear window replacement. I can not say enough about how really impressed I am with their service, efficiency, cost, and very friendly service. They have gone way out of their way to help me with my problems. 100% great!!

Absolutely 5 stars to this Boyd Body location ..I am so happy to see the rear of my vehicle "restored to new condition" and I know it is a lasting paint & repair that feels like this whole area is brand new, which it is.. Boyd's has been an amazing company to deal with here in Sherwood park. My wife was in an accident in December 2021 and they have done soo much to try and make this easier on us! If you ever need body work done this is the place to go! Yes our truck is taking a bit to get done but that's because parts aren't coming in as fast as everyone would like! They are working their butts off to make sure all the vehicles in their shop are done in a timely manner with working with different car dealerships and the convoys holding parts up at borders?? thanks again Boyd's we can't wait to have our truck back when it's done.

I am impressed with the service I received from Boyd Crowfoot and from Crowfoot Brake and Muffler. I took my vehicle in to have my catalytic converter replaced because I believed it was stolen and I had an insurance claim number in hand. Turns out the converter was not stolen - the would be thieves only managed to saw part way through it before they were interrupted by my spouse (kudos to her for her quick action in the middle of the night too). We will be keeping the phone handy in future to call the police if we see the culprits come back. I assumed it was gone because it made such a loud noise when I drove it around the block after the incident. Boyd Auto and Crowfoot Muffler fixed the crack in the converter by doing some welding. Extremely happy with the service provided! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful from the front desk customer representative to the General Manager. The GM scheduled the body work for when it was most convenient for our family and over the holiday season, and they had the work done extremely quickly (quoted 4 days, finished in under 3 days). They made it a top priority to get our SUV back to us. The repair was well done, and the vehicle was cleaned when we picked it up! Highly recommend Boyd's Autobody shop!!!!
