From the time I brought my suv in, to the email feedback on progress, to when I picked it up, all the staff at Boyd were very friendly and professional. The work is outstanding and they took time to explain every detail of the repair with me. I have taken previous vehicles to Boyd and the service and work quality was the same. I will definitely recommend Boyd to others!

From a first time customer, I was impressed that repair to the damage area of my passenger door was done so that you wouldn't even recognize that damage had been done. Also, it was nice to hear that job was day earlier than what was estimated.

I am very satisfied with the service and work done on my vehicle. My insurance booked me in for an appraisal of the damage, I went in and felt like the guy did a fantastic job ensuring he didn't miss any damage and I was in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. They made me an appointment for a couple weeks later since my vehicle was drive able, and when that time came around I realized I was going to be late for my appointment. I called in and was told that I could come in any time before they closed that day which was fantastic. When I did end up coming in, the receptionist called Enterprise immediately to pick me up. I was told that the repairs would take a couple weeks (I dropped off on a Thursday), but to my surprise they called the following Tuesday that everything was complete! WOW...the new bumper was great.. the service was awesome..when they said they were detailing the car I assumed that they meant the outside....THE INTERIOR WAS LIKE NEW....this seriously made my day...I will be relaying my experience to everyone..THANKS to Patrica, Adjoa and the Manager!!!

Recently has my vehicle repaired at this location and was very pleased and impressed with the service I received. Al Giga and his team did a fantastic job making my vehicle look like new again. The twice weekly telephone calls from Lorraine and Charlotte updating me as to the progress on my vehicle definitely gave me piece of mind that my vehicle was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this Boyd location. GREAT JOB GUYS.
