I picked my car up this morning, after it had been vandalized early in December. I am very happy with the work, it looks like new again. Shawna and the staff kept me apprised of how the work was coming at all stages. I would trust Boyd to do independent work for me in the future and will recommend them to others.

Good service and communication. The staff knows what they are doing, very polite, nice and on time. I received a call from Boyd, few minutes after I received a go signal from my insurance, to arrange my appointment and the car I will be using while my car is in the shop. Few hours after leaving the shop, they called to update me about my concerns, there comments about the damage and duration of the repair. They informed me that the pick up time is 4 hours after. Nice, I have time to drop off the rented car.
