The best service I have ever had, twice now. When you drive up, there is a huge canopy where your courtesy car awaits you, and where the manager greets you as soon as you exit your vehicle. He inspects your vehicle, then you go into the bright and spacious office, where the waiting area has a coffee corner at one end and a play area for children at the other end. Service is immediate, and friendly. Within a few minutes you are on your way, and your vehicle is ready when they say it will be. Not only has it been beautifully restored, it is cleaned inside and out. There are only pleasant surprises waiting for you at Boyd Autobody. I highly recommend them, and will never go anywhere else.

No collision claim in 25 years of residing and driving in BC. Within a week and half, my sons' car and my car were both involved in separate fender benders. Larry and his team at Boyd Autobody in Abbotsford were awesome; loaner car provided while my sons' car was being fixed, and I was able to leave the rental car at Boyd when my car was ready. Both cars were returned in spotless condition and all of the insurance paperwork was handled. Fantastic customer service! Of course I hope I won't have another collision claim anytime soon, but if I do, I'll go right to Boyd.

I am a small business owner and my company strives to "look after the customer as you would expect to be looked after" and this is what I find from Larry and his team. I just had 2 separate vehicles requiring new windshields and we received them back completely cleaned inside and out including vacuuming and not just a quick cursory clean but a very good job. This is why over the years I have always recommended Larry and the Boyd team when asked "who would I recommend". Very well Done!!!
