(1)You were very flexible in scheduling the repair(2)The repairs to my vehicle were done very quickly; (3) I appreciated having a loner vehicle, and that I didn\'t have to organize/pay for a rental; (4)The repairs were very well done, my car looks great and (5) I can\'t thank you enough for doing such a wonderful job cleaning/ detailing my car for me. I went in with what I thought was an attempted break-in to my car. Turns out the lock fell in on it\'s own but they gave me a courtesy car right away..called 45 mins later to tell me it was ready and had even washed and vacuumed out the car...with no charge. I\'ve never had such awesome service and even with a smile. They made my week.

"This was the second trip within our family for a repair. My husband had been in before and I came in because of the awesome service we received last time. They say \"it\'s the little things that matter\"... well, Boyd definitely goes above and beyond! The actual service part was perfect but it absolutely made my day to pick up my car and find they had washed the outside and fully cleaned and vacuumed in inside! All for just a glass replacement. I would never hesistate to recommend this location to anyone who needs any type of repair. Way to go Boyd!!!!!"

Wow! Talk about excellent customer service. A call made to see about collison repair, allowed to come in immediately, then appointment set up, and work done all witin a week! Very professional and curteous from the phone call to drop off, repairs pick up. Very helpful with setting up rental vehicle too. Treated like gold, definaley wwill return for nay work that we may need in the futre. Thanks for making this into such a positive expierence after a minor upset.
