Went in for a chip repair, using a Groupon. Expected it would be a luke warm reception since not a big money maker. Pleasantly mistaken however, the fellow was very welcoming, the young lady in the office was very pleasant, the manager happened to come by (Larry) and chatted with me, and not only did they fix the chip, they WASHED MY TRUCK! Which really needed it. Excellent service! I will tell my friends and neighbours

I have a 2013 F150 that I use for work. I try and keep it tidy, but being on work sites daily it can get the occasional mark. Sometime in the last couple of months I managed to get a black mark along the right hand side of the box. I've had a fair amount of work done at Boyd (2 kids) and had always been very pleased with their work. I thought that I'd check in to see if they might be able to recommend a compound that I could use to remove the scratch. Instead they said to bring the truck around into the shop and they'd see what they could. They proceeded to cut-polish and wax the mark out of the box over the next 20 or so minutes, and when I asked them how much they'd like, they wouldn't accept anything. Again, I'm extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

Having to bring my car in for repairs at my cost was not a great feeling for me. Seeing the estimate made it even more real. I had to write to tell you how please, thrilled we are. The service we received by Larry and the 'team' in the office was fantasitc! The work done on the van, is way beyond our expectations. I do not wish damage on this van or any vehicle of friends I know, but I can tell you, they will hear of Boyd in Abbotsford from me just in case.

This was my second visit to your shop and as on my first visit I found the staff most delightful to deal with. The service was prompt and over the top. When I picked up my car I found it cleaner by far than when I dropped it of. I would not hesitate to recommend Boyd to anyone. Thank you for the special efforts that the staff here put into the repair of the damages on my vehicle. Not only was the damage repaired back to original condition , but the extra effort put into the cleaning of all of the glass, the vacuming of the vehicle and even the cleaning of the floor mats , showed above and beyond in attention to good customer service. JB and Heather made a loaner vehicle available and this was clean and tidy and much appreciated. Kudos to the team in Abbotsford!

When it came to choosing which body shop to take my car I did not hesitate. BOYD instantly came to mind ("Bring it to Boyd"). Earlier in the year I had my car in for a rear end hit. The repairs were marvelous. So when it came around to take my 2001 Civic for some repairs I had no doubt where to go. The front office staff was easy and helpful to deal with. Jb took care of me for both accidents beginning to end. When I received the car back, it had looked as if they traded my car in for a newer Civic. I am more than pleased with the workmanship. What blew me away, were the little things they had done (polished my headlights, retape a door moudling and fixed the door gap) WITHOUT me asking... The rest of the car color is new and shinny. WOW THANK YOU Boyd Autobody! Customer care is nothing less than exceptional 10/10!
