I want to commend the staff at the Scurfield Boyd for going above and beyond to help me out when my BMW 7 series was in for repair. I'm one of those annoying customers who calls every few days to check on the car. Jeff and Dave were always very patient and accommodating. A helpful change from my previous experiences with other bodyshops. Not only that, but a few days afterwards, I had an unfortunate issue with my radiator that had me coast to a stop in their parking lot. Unexpectedly, they offered to pull the car in to see if the issue was related to the claim. Very professional service, and I will be recommending them to my fellow members at the BMW club, as a trusted and friendly place for repairs.

While I think of it I must tell you about my experience at Boyd auto body on Wednesday at the Scurfield location. I was greeted by Katherine who referred me to Dave Booth. those two employees were incredible. I can't believe how pleasant they were and we actually had so much fun while I did my claim. Katherine was something else -she must be part owner the way she represents your business. You have to know what a pleasure the whole experience was for me. Katherine gave me your web site to comment on but I thought I should write while it was fresh in my mind.

I had been fed up with another body shop for a simple job that had turned into a disaster and still wasn't right after three return trips even after I explicitly told them what was wrong and how to fix it. Brought it to Boyd and they took one look, knew exactly what was wrong and had the whole mess fixed in under fifteen minutes. I couldn't be happier and definitely bringing my truck back back when more work is needed.

I stopped by the 84 Scurfield location in Winnipeg recently for some evaluation and possible repair on my loose front bumper of my car. Jeff Froese came out of his office to deal with me and he immediately went outside and got on his hands and knees to look under the bumper. He said he would take it into the shop for a better look. 10 minutes later he brought the car out with bumper fixed, nice and snug now, couple of missing clips. i asked how much do I owe for that and he said nothing. WOW, that was unexpected, 2 things, the immediate service and no charge. With customer service like that there is no need to go or look elsewhere for vehicle repairs if I should ever need any in the future !!!

They were amazing. I had some scuffs on my car and brought it in for an estimate. The staff was all friendly and they fixed the problem on the spot and there was no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely bring my vehicle there if needed to again. Thanks!

I needed my rear window fixed quickly and I must say that Kathryn Bartmanovich at the Scurfield location was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure things kept moving and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. I was there right when they opened and she was able to get my glass that afternoon, and I had my vehicle back the next morning. It was even washed and looked great. If I ever need auto-body or glass service I will definitely use your Scurfield location. (It's also very close to my house.) I will recommend you to all of my friends.

Although I have had an unsatisfactory experience with Boyd in the past, I recently took a company vehicle to the Scurfield location and was happy with the service. I Brought my personal vehicle to the same location recently and the service was fast, I was well looked after, and when I brought the car back due to an issue that turned out to be separate from the original accident, Jeff Froese went above and beyond and looked after me. I am very happy with Boyd and would have no issue going back to this location or recommending it to a friend.

Boyd Experience was outstanding. Finished the job early and I got handwritten thank you notes on business cards from the guys who did the work (Rob Banman-refinish technician and Andy Mankewich-autobody technician). Jeff Froese was also great. I asked if they were open Saturday and he said no, but he was going in to work on Saturday morning and would accommodate me it that is what it took to get me my car back. I would use Boyd again!

Was driving along when the glue that holds my rearview mirror gave way and my mirror came off with a little tug. Thankfully I was on Scurfield and the Boyd sign was right up ahead... Popped in asked if they wouldnt mind looking at it, within 2 minutes it was in the garage and I was on my way 15 minutes later - no charge! The 3 people I spoke with (Shauna in the office and 2 gentlemen) were professional, helpful and truly know what service means. Thank you guys!
