Teresa S. was very helpful with asking questions, empathizing with my situation. She took time to listen, ask pertinent questions and provide information that I needed. Within an hour of talking to Teresa, she had arranged for me to bring in my vehicle in to Boyd, secure a car rental for me and by the time I arrived, the car rental team was there to go over the paperwork and hand off the keys. She has since discussed details and she has efficiently answered my questions. My thanks to Teresa for being such a great initial point of contact.

Came in to have my car appraised and a nice man said give me you're keys He came back 5 minutes later and my bumper damage was gone except for a small mark. He even touched it up No charge. I had a different repair shop quote me about $750.00 to fix If I ever need a body shop this is where I will go.

Robyn is the reason I continue to bring my vehicle to Boyd because he goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle and I are taken care of. My vehicle was repaired quickly and looked brand new after the repairs.
