I dropped off my vehicle on November 25 after an accident and they kept me up to date over the time without my vehicle, called three times to update me on the status and provided excellent customer service as well as excellent repairs ! I brought our 2014 Subaru Forrester in for repairs on the rear bumper a few months ago. I thought the service at Boyd exceeded expectations. From the initial intake, to picking up the vehicle when it was finished, Kris and Grant were really great (I didn't meet anyone else). Wow what an experience! Unfortunately I have visited a number of auto body shops over the years in Edmonton and Calgary and this is by far the best place for exceptional customer service, quality of repairs and a clean waiting area. I was not expecting such top notch customer service (regular proactive calls from pleasant, professional staff from 3 different staff members), detailing inside my vehicle and great work. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others!

Really professional and friendly staff. The set me up with a loaner car for the couple weeks they had my car so as to ensure I didn't incur any fees from having a ICBC rental. Service was very prompt and they kept me up to date on the repairs and took the time to show me what needed to done. All in all it was an excellent experience and I'd certainly recommend Boyd in general and specifically the Sooke Rd location if anyone needs auto body work done.
