If I could leave 10 stars, I would! My vehicle got broken into and one call to Boyd was all it took to repair my vehicle. I would like to say thank you to all the friendly office staff that were more then happy to answer any & all questions I had. My vehicle looks great, (probably even better than before!) Before I left with my shiny new (looked brand new at least) ride, they were happy to go through the repair estimate line by line to show me exactly what was done. This team is awesome. They buffed out a scuff I had for FREE! They also took care of a side mirror and did an awesome job. Very skilled and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend them!

Steve, Bill, and Anthony were totally accommodating and attentive to my timeline. They even had good coffee for me. I'd recommend them and I would return for future service but hope I won't have to.

I came into Boyd Autobody on Scurfield on Friday, May 5 to get information about getting my driver side window replaced. I was feeling overwhelmed and upset with the events leading up to coming into Boyd. I dealt with Brian and he made me feel a lot better. He took care of everything and did it in such a friendly manner. He offered to vacuum the glass and put on a piece of plastic until my appt on Monday which really helped put me at ease. Even if this is your policy (to vacuum and put on the plastic), Brian still made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely come back again and recommend your company, specifically this location, to family and friends. On a side note, my husband picked up the vehicle on Monday and dealt with someone named Ed. My husband thought the customer service was excellent as well. Thank you!
