I would have to say that I am very impressed with the service at Boyd. When I called them to get my car repaired in December (which is one of the busiest times) they were quick to get me an appointment as they knew I wanted my car fixed before the New Year. Not only did Boyd get me in quick, when I showed up at 9:00 a.m. to drop my car off they already had my courtesy car there waiting for me so I could get to work on time. The receptionist was helpful as well as my Estimator Alicia. I had some concerns with my damage as my car was hit on my back door side where my little ones sit. Alicia and the body man (Paul I think) allowed me to show them where all the damage was and where my main concerns were. They both assured me it would all be fixed. When I picked up my car it was so shiny and clean (the inside too) and every worry I had was ... gone. It looked brand new. I am so impressed with the repair and service I received. Just have to say it was very well organized and speedy service. Staff was amazing gave me a rental was spotless as well front reception super helpful and polite and knowledgeable. When I got my vehicle back it was washed inside and out extreame you impressed with the all around experience. Bravo to all the staff definitely 5 star plus!!!!!!

Great experience at the Regent location. I had a windshield replaced turned out great. Details were provided on how the windshield was installed and how parts sourrounding the windshield were adjusted to have a better fit. Miguel was great at explaining the life time warranty on the glass and accommodated all of my requirements which really helped with my busy schedule. For any glass needs I will come back and recommend it to all of my family and friends
