If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service I received from Miguel on Thursday Feb 15, 2018 was probably some of the best service I have ever received. I brought my car there after an extremely awful experience at Canadian Tire and he treated me with such compassion and respect, I was completely blown away. He fixed the mess they made and charged me a fraction of what they were going to charge me to fix my window. He was honest with me and didn't try to take advantage of me like Canadian Tire tried to. This will be a story that I will tell anyone that will listen. Thank you again Miguel. I wish all mechanics were just like you.

I went into the shop and dealt with two guys, Glen and Chris. I was really impressed with the way they treated me right when I walked in the shop. I drive older truck that is starting to rust a bit and they st Notill treated it like it was a high end vehicle. The quality of workmanship was also top notch. to mention the rental truck was waiting for me when I got to the shop. I would recommend anyone to this shop.

So great! A slight mix up with a courtesy car, but you fast tracked the work on my vehicle, drove me home and my car was ready at the end of the day. Super friendly staff! AND they cleaned the inside of my vehicle...where my kids had left a dirty slushy winter boot mess!

The staff were a delight to deal with. Service was quick and attentive. The details of the estimate and the timeline were clear and concise. The repair was actually finished one day earlier than estimated. If one did not know that a repair had been done there would be no way to tell the difference from the original bodywork. When I picked up the car the explanation of what was done was clear and complete. This is the second repair to one of my cars done by Boyd - the earlier one was much more extensive. I had no hesitation in choosing Boyd for this repair, based on my previous experience. Should I be unlucky enough to require another repair I would definitely choose Boyd again. Thank you to all at Boyd for the excellent job!

Thanks to the folks at Boyd's Autobody & Glass in Sidney. A couple of years ago I was rear ended. Car was fixed no problems until in December I discovered a pool of water in my trunk. Off to the company who fixed it only to find out they were no longer there and in it's place was Boyd's. Worried what to do next, Chris said they can look at it and see what they can do. Well they not only fixed the leak they also honored the warranty with the previous owners. Not to many places would do that so Great job!

I left my car in yesterday to get the windows fixed as someone broke into my car at the weekend. I only had basic insurance so I had to cover the cost myself to get them fixed. I dealt with Rose K. at the Marine Drive shop. Honestly, she was amazing. She managed to find glass for me at a much better price than any other shop. She was so pleasant to deal with and made the process so easy. Also, the guys who fixed the window and cleaned up my car did a stellar job. I just had a recent experience using Boyd and i couldn't be happier. Alicia was wonderful to deal with and advised on everything i needed. She took care of the windshield claim for me and everything. My truck was ready when they said it would be, as well is was all detailed and looked brand new. Excellent service and great repair work.
