I had been to this Boyd location before and came back as a satisfied customer. I was not disappointed. I forgot that my car would get cleaned even if it was only my bumper which was replaced - nice surprise! I had also left a note on the envelope in which I left my keys in the drop-box that I would like the bolts that were on my old bumper put on the new bumper along with the usual clips since they held better. This was done, no problem.

I went in with what I thought was an attempted break-in to my car. Turns out the lock fell in on it\'s own but they gave me a courtesy car right away..called 45 mins later to tell me it was ready and had even washed and vacuumed out the car...with no charge. I\'ve never had such awesome service and even with a smile. They made my week.

I am thoroughly impressed with the fine auto body work that was done to my car. More on the lines of being astounded on the quality of the work done by JAN SVENSSON. A true patriarch of the highest quality craftsmanship of being a body man/mechanic. He went above and beyond all my expectations. I could not believe my eyes; that was my car. It looked brand new. On top of all that he truly is a car enthusiast.

"This was the second trip within our family for a repair. My husband had been in before and I came in because of the awesome service we received last time. They say \"it\'s the little things that matter\"... well, Boyd definitely goes above and beyond! The actual service part was perfect but it absolutely made my day to pick up my car and find they had washed the outside and fully cleaned and vacuumed in inside! All for just a glass replacement.
