I was extremly satisfied with the customer service at this location; in particular Julie Towell and Mike Amoroso were phenomenal!! I believe they both went above and beyond my expectations in way of customer service- they truly seemed to care about what was happening for me....As well the actual work done to my vehicle (thus far) seems to be impeccable. Overall my experience with that location (and again with those two employees!!) was a very good one...I would recommend this shop above all others at this point!

My truck was damaged in an animal collision, and after spending 2 weeks on the repair work, I was very happy with the result, and the overall experience with Kris and Wendy. "Just a quick note to express my gratitude for the services rendered at your Scurfield location. After, several attempts, and a purchase or two, of adhesives that "should" work to fix a dangling rear-view mirror, I decided to drop-in at your location. I was greeted politely by a nice young lady who asked me to have a seat and wait for one of your staff who was with a customer. Your staff member, a gentleman, then had to accompany the customer outside. Upon returning to the office, he jokingly asked who had the vehicle with the dangling rear-view mirror. He knew it was me since I was the only other person in the office waiting for assistance. He then requested my car keys. I was interested in knowing the cost before handing over the keys. The fella then said we'll talk once the work was done. He may have noticed the concern ... on my face with this proposal. He then indicated there will be no charge. And there wasn't. My sincere thanks to the fella who helped me. He seemed like the person that customers, and potential customers, such as myself, would want to deal with if/when they had autobody related problems. GREAT CREW!!!!! >From the moment I took our vehicle in for the estimate to the moment we got it back fully repaired, the team were informative and professional and explained fully each step in the process. They took care of the rental car details and had the van back to us on time and fully cleaned. Great work from the Front End Manager to the Estimators and everyone else involved in the process. Will recommend Boyd in a heart beat !!!!

The glass was all over the place in my vehicle and they have cleaned it beautifully. I mentioned a couple things I was concerned about from the glass being broken and everything was looked after to more than I could have expected. Just want to say that I had absolutely fantastic service right from the first call to the final pick up. Wendy at the desk was very informative and set clear expectations around service times and work to be completed. The job was completed well and one day early! My car was washed and vacummed and looked like new. Thank you very much....would recommend to anyone! This is my third time there and would not go elsewhere.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to commend the staff at the 730 Nairn location in Wpg. They performed my needed glass repairs (both front and rear windshields) quickly and expertly, put in additional effort to provide a courtesy car per our LOU coverage and displayed unparalleled professionalism throughout. Imagine my surprise when, in addition to this, I found my vehicle completely vaccuumed and freshly washed. I had not expected this and it was a welcome surprise. Based on this initial experience I will not hesitate to return in future, should I require autobody or glass repair services. Keep up the good work, and props to Kendra and the rest of the 730 Nairn staff

I wanted to tell you about the excellent service we have received at Boyd Autobody in Red Deer, Alberta. Our van was involved in an accident in June. This van is equipped with the VMI system as my husband is in a wheelchair and requires the ramp for transportation. From the accident, the passenger side of the van was hit which resulted in damage to the door and ramp. It was necessary to get parts out from Arizona, due to the VMI package. Once these parts came in, I dropped my van off at the Red Deer shop on July 4 and I was informed it would take approx 2 weeks to be fixed due to the extent of the damage. (We have 2 family weddings in this next 2 weeks, so I was figuring out how I was going to get my husband to these as the weddings are both out of town.) So, I picked up my rental vehicle and went on my way. On July 8 I received a call ... that my van was ready to be picked up. I couldn’t believe it…When I asked how it got completed so quickly the informed me that, because they knew my husband is in a wheelchair and they know this is his source of transportation, they gave the repairs top priority. I have to tell you this brought tears to my eyes ….your associates in the Red Deer shop truly care about people. When people with disabilities have so many other stresses in their lives, something like this makes such a huge difference. I work in an office of 33 people and they all know my story….I have recommended Boyd to everyone. I commend you for employing only the best in your company! read more

Person I dealt with - Rose Kumar, General Manager. >From the moment I walked in the door I received good service. Rose greeted me, inspected my car, explained the process with the insurance company and ordered my windshield and had me booked in all within 10 minutes. No issues on the day of the repair and my car was cleaned inside and out which really made an impression on me as a company/branch going above and beyond my expectations. I will return here should I need their services again and will recommend them to others. Note: My garage Granville and Avery (next door) recommended Boyd to me in the first place. Keep up the outstanding service.
