Customer service was excellent. Dali provided good, prompt & helpful information during insurance claim process, and was very willing to answer questions. Clunky communication from insurance company to Boyd's, lack of clarity on coverage details, seemed to be insurance company's issue. But I was completely satisfied at the end of it all.

Alicia is a freaking rockstar!!! Seriously tho I came in and was thinking that my day was gonna be even more stressful after I pulled my bumper off with a curb???????
