"I was introduced to Boyd a couple months ago since they were the preference of my automobile insurer. In addition to being extremely friendly and accomodating, they did a fantastic job restoring my car to "like new" condition! I was so impressed that I returned this week to ask them to fix a nuisance on my car. They did not even charge me for this minor repair. In the past I have taken vehicles to the States for repairs since I work down there. However, Abbotsford Boyd will be my new choice for autobody & glass work."

The service I received from Boyd from excellent. It was the New Years Eve and they were not open but said it was OK to come in anyways. No one provides that kind of service anymore. They were very friendly, accomodating and the work of course was exemplary. I've been there a few times before and will not go to anyone else. Thanks for the being there when I needed it!!!!

Excellent service! Car was completed well ahead of schedule. I was updated on the progress. Courtesy car was ready and waiting when my car was delivered for its appointment. The staff were always extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They did not hesitate to answer any of my many questions. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair!

Wanted to thank Robin and Rose for their amazing customer service. They were both very professional. My collision repair could not have gone any smoother. Robin went above and beyond to make sure everything went easily and in fact, had me bring back the car back to re-fix/paint one very small area that he insisted wasn't up to their standards. Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service i recieved from your 730 Nairn location. I dropped my 1999 grand am off there to have the driver side window replaced. It had broken the plastic pieces of the window and wouldnt go up or down. I talked to a woman named Kendra who was very nice and extremely helpful and friendly. She quoted me a price, went above and beyond trying to find the parts I needed and had my vehicle fixed by the end the day for me to make it home for the weekend.(I live an hour outside of Winnipeg) When i arrived to pick up my vehicle, at the time she said it would be ready, it was washed, vaccuumed and waiting outside for me with the motor running and inside nice and warm. We want to let you know about the absolutely amazing service we received when getting our window repaired last December. The service provided by Jason D went far beyond what we would expect. - At 5 min to 6pm, after coming down to make arrangements for service on the broken window, our car wouldn't start. Jason provide assistance by listening to the problem and suggesting appropriate solutions, he investigated towing options for us, and most importantly, was patient and sympathetic. - After getting the electrical issue solved @ Ace Auto Electric, we brought our car back to get the window fixed.
