I came in for an estimate for my work vehicle. I was greeted by a friendly office and happy with how quickly I got in. Paxton Mann walked me through the repair and was extremely helpful. I would recommend all my friends to have their vehicles repaired at Boyd and get them to ask for Paxton. Thank you very much for great service Boyd at Douglasdale.

I would highly recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass because of my wonderful experience with my windshield replacement. The service surpassed my expectations and was completed in a timely manner, in fact, before schedule. I was overjoyed to find that not only did they do an excellent job, but they took the time in making sure my truck was spotless. It's hard for me to find good service these days, and I would like to thank the staff at Boyd Autobody and Glass for doing it right. Through my experience, I can tell they take pride in what they do!

Excellent service. Staff is friendly and polite. Thanks for the courtesy car. We were told they were going to put a new mud flat on and this was not done :-)

They were great! When my 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia got a crack in the windshield they were able to source a new windshield when I thought it was not even possible. The repair went very smooth and I got the car back the same day I dropped it off to have the windshield replaced. The technician who worked on my car did an excellent job. All of the front line staff were friendly and answered all my questions to the fullest. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This is my second time dealing with Boyd and I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else. The first time was for a broken side mirror and they were all very courteous and so helpful and kind. The second time was because my daughter had rolled my car. MPI wanted to write it off, but they paid for the hood; knowing how badly I wanted to keep my car. It was found after, that a few other parts were needed and they paid for those too. I receive courtesy call twice a week to keep me updated. I am more than pleased. I have recommended Boyd to everyone I know. Thanks Again!!!
