I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the service provided. After reporting the collision to my insurance company I told them which shop i would like to take my ca to - i received a call from Boyd Autobody within 30 mins to set up an appointment with me - which was awesome. I dropped my car off after work on a Monday - they waited for me as i got there very close to closing - and took the time to go over everything with me. I got regular updates on the status of my car and the following Friday I had my car back. Wendy @ Boyd also took the time to look up the number for Aviva insurance as I had some questions about my policy and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through what to find out for future reference. The service I received with at this location was phenomenal. Robin was excellent to deal with and had my vehicle repaired in 1 day. The bumper was preordered and painted. I brought my vehicle in at 8 am and by the end of the day my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service I received from Robin was exceptional. If I require any future repairs this Boyds location will be my first choice. I will certainly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I have just heard back from my sister-in-law (Margaret Cuthbert). She picked up her car yesterday. She could not say enough positive things about the quality of the work done and the superb customer service she received. A very happy customer indeed. Thanks to all team members involved. Great job. Very much appreciated.

I received excellant service both for the estimate from Mandy and service form Rose once my vehicle was brought in for repair. It took a little longer than estimated but the work was done to my satisfaction. I was impressed with the fact my vehicle was washed after work completed. Nice touch!

Robin, Rose, Mandy & the entire team at Boyd Autobody & Glass are awesome. They always work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things, but never try to upsell you on further services. They are also very friendly, approachable & remember you personally. They care & take care of the problem. Robin & thedoes a fine job of filling you in on what is up under the hood! Many Thanks!!
