Eight years ago Boyd Victoria repaired major body damage to my Acura Integra after a rear end collision. That repair was done excellently. This week I discovered water leakage into the spare tire well under the rear hatchback deck. When I took the car to Boyd Victoria they inspected the well and predicted that the seals around the tail lights might be leaking . They gave me a loaner car on the spot and kept my car for repair. The next morning I was surprised to receive a phone cal that the car was repaired - as predicted. I was even more surprised when they informed me that the repair was gratis! The staff whom I dealt with were courteous and very helpful. I am again impressed with the Boyd service and would certainly recommend Boyd to any of my friends who might need body work or glass replacement. Tony McCullough

My experience with Boyd Auto-body was very delightful! The front office staff was helpful & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions I had with the repairs. They have gone above and beyond with the repairs, even fixing my back window moulding that was not related to the claim with no extra charge! Not only were the repairs outstanding, they had gone and fully detailed the inside as well. If asked, I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had my car repaired at Dean Brothers, Boyd Autobody and Glass in Vancouver BC last week and wanted to comment on the super service I received there. Robin Soni, the manager, went above and beyond to get my car repaired and ready for me on a very tight timeline, as I had to return to my home in the Okanagan Valley. I was very impressed with the friendliness, professional manner and customer service at this location and will not hesitate to use Boyd Autobody shops again in the future.

My experience at this location was beyond excellent even from the moment I walked in the door and the receptionist greeted me. I originally had my truck booked into a different autobody shop that my insurance company had on their approved imaging shops list however their lack of customer service and honesty was appalling, therefore I called this Boyd Autobody location and they were able to accomodate my repairs in a timely fashion so as I did not incur any additional charges on my rental vehicle. Not only did I receive updates through the entire process but in the end my truck was totally detailed inside and out. I definately will and already have reccommended this autobody shop to my friends. Thanks for a great job.

After being in a motor vehicle accident I was apprehensive about taking my truck to get repaired, because I am extremely picky and didn’t think my truck would look as it did before the accident. However after doing some research and having all my questions answered by Rishi Bakshi, at BOYD Autobody and Glass in Richmond, I decided this was the team I was going to choose to repair my truck. He genuinely listened to my concerns and went above and beyond his duties to make the process as stress-free as possible for me. From beginning to end he demonstrated exceptional customer service. When my vehicle arrived at the Autobody and he had assessed the damages, he called me to inform me of all the work that they would need to do to make it safe to drive again. He also took the time to arrange a rental car for me. This truly made me feel like a ... valued customer. Throughout the week I didn’t have to call and nag for updates on the progress of the repairs, Rishi would call/email me every step of the way keeping me informed. This seems like a minute detail but when you’re injured and dealing with ICBC it is one less thing that you have to keep in mind. When I went to go pick up my truck, Rishi went over all the repairs with me in depth and allowed me the time to take a look over all the work that was done. The repairs showed quality workmanship, there were no details that were overlooked. Rishi also said that if there was anything that I felt wasn’t right that I could bring it in without any troubles at any time. Needless to say the repair job was outstanding (the car looked better than new), the process was simple and painless, but most importantly I was very impressed with the staff’s professional and at the same time friendly attitude. Rishi was great--friendly, informative, and fixed my rock chip for free. He also recommended someone at a dealership to give me a good deal on a new car. I will keep this experience in mind for future repairs and recommendations to friends. The girls in the office were friendly as well and offered me coffee/tea and provided me with the TV remote while I waited. The repair was done very quickly.
