"A woman backed into us in a parking lot and dented the driver's side rear with a dent that was quite noticeable. We went to Boyd Autobody to determine how much it would cost to have it repaired. Bob Huff gave us an estimate for $600 - 700 to replace the panel. He then offered to try getting ithe dent out with heat and massage it out. Since we are seniors and the car is leased, we asked him how much it would cost. Unbelievably, he said he would do it for us at no charge!!! An exceptional thank you to Bob Huff for fixing the dent in our car and he even refused when we offered him money at least for lunch. We have had excellent customer service from this dealership in past years and this is definitely going the extra mile!!! We are most pleased and will surely "pay it forward." Than you Bob!"

The customer service I received at this Boyd Autobody was absolutely amazing. The day I went to drop my car off we found out that the third party's insurance company had cancelled my appointment without having had informed me first. I was very upset, but the lady working the front desk was extremely helpful and took it upon herself to sort everything out for me. I was able to drop my car off as planned and upon completion of repairs, my car looked great; the paint match was flawless! I would not hesitate to take my car back here if I ever required repairs again. It seems more and more difficult to find good service nowadays, but my experience here was wonderful. Thanks for everything!

Rank 10 out of 10! Excellent service and repairs. I crunched the headlight in my Dodge Caravan on a snow bank. It was repaired quickly and expertly. In addition, Boyd organized a car rental and pick up which made the process very easy for me. The car detailing transformed a very dirty minivan to a very clean one -interior and exterior! Thank you!

Good afternoon I have recently had a repair done to my truck in North Battleford as a result of a horse running into truck. And I needed my vehicle back quickly. Cathy in your office who is does all that work by herself, does a fantastic job. She was very accomodative and was able to get the ball rolling right away and assess what was needed and got parts ordered. Once they arrived, she had my truck in the next day which was very helpful. She is a pleasure to deal with and makes you feel that you like you definately came to the right place. As well, the quality of work was very good.... You have great staff there.... The service provided by Boyd was absolutely excellent. I experienced a car break-in, which resulted in a shattered driver side window and damage on the door panel. Customer Service - Unfortunately car incidents are stressful and frustrating. However, Robin Soni at Boyd provided excellent customer service. He was a pleasure to talk to and very understanding of the situation. When the shop was almost closing, he had waited pass the office hours and coordinated with the car rental service that was also closing. I greatly appreciated the extra steps he took to help me through a difficult situation. Repair work - The repair and clean-up of my car was done in less than 2 days including over the weekend.
