Service was Awesome. Pamela at reception made many efforts to accomadate my schedule around my toddler. Also, Kino, was very helpful and professional. Both Pamela and Kino kept me informed as to the status on my vehicle. Overall they are very pleasant and a professional business with great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future. In closing with the pick-up of my vehicle Randy was very informitive and helpful as well.

My driver's side view mirror glass smashed to the ground as I was driving home yesterday after work. I needed to replace it, so I called my Saab Service & Mechanic guy who estimated it would cost me $200 just for parts and they didn't even have any in stock. He told me to contact an auto glass shop and see if they can help me. Luckily while driving to work the next morning, I passed by the Boyd location on West 73rd Avenue. I called them up immediately and spoke to Robin Soni, Manager. The guy doesn't even take a lunch break, because he told me to bring my car in around noon so he can have a look at it and see what could be done. After a few phone calls and meeting with his Autobody Technician, John, they suggested I take my car to Anvil Glass (Boyd's counterpart) on Yukon Street to see Dave. Within 20 mins I had my Saab car mirror ... glass replaced, and what originally went from being a $200 part only cost me $20. Now that's affordable service I can depend on. Thank you Robin, John and Dave for going beyond your expected customer service standards and for leaving me with a positive experience. You have a repeat customer for life. read more

Great service by all the staff . From the young Manager who co-ordinated my repair , to Rose who signed the guarantee for the work , and all the techs who worked on my car . They only had my Van for 2 1/2 days . The work was completed quickly , and to a very high standard. It was cleaned way above where it normally is .

Great repair work. Took a few days longer than originally projected but it was worth the wait. Loved the way my Jeep was cleaned outside as well as inside. Keep up the good work. Any other body or glass work I may need in the future, I will be returning to your establishment and will easily recommend other people I know to Boyds. "Getting my bumper replaced was not something I looked forward to until I met Matt Rowluk. This guy exemplifies superior customer service. He made sure my rental car was ready, he kept me well informed of the process from start to finsih. It was evident to me how important my business was when he called and said there was a small imperfection that needed repair and he would need a little more time to "make it perfect" he said. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my paperwork was ready, he took me outside to look at the work and even had my burnt out headlight replaced without me asking. I wanted to share my appreciation for Matt's excellent service, his genuine desire to make me a satisfied customer and his going beyond my expectations.
