Took my girlfriend's Dodge Caliber here for body repair on the front end, after a collision. Found the people that I was in contact with at the Boyd Autobody, to be very friendly, and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle while it was in for repairs. When I went to pick up the car after receiving notice it was ready, I was very impressed with the workmanship and effort put into fixing the car. It looked brand new. Furthermore, I was also pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and saw that they had done a complete cleaning of the interior as well. Something that they didn't have to do, yet did anyway. One of the employee's, named Jason explained all the work they did to restore it to its original condition, and was polite and friendly , and answered any questions I had. I was pleased with the services, everybody was very friendly. My car took a little longer then what was estimated however I had to go back because I found a part left in the trunk of my car. But when I took it in I was taken in right away.

Everyone I dealt with (Jason, Robin and Rose) were excellent and all three went over and above what was expected. Jason and Robin helped me with my baby car seat. Robin took my car in immediately and my vehicle was ready as promised. Jason contacted me to keep me in the loop and even agreed to have a small rock chip touched up. Rose volunteered to take care of some paper work on my behalf. Would definitely recommend this Boyd location.

Very pleasant staff. Rose was a pleasure to deal with. She provided prompt service & looked after all my needs. Just one small thing - some particles of glass were left behind in the driver's side pocket & catchment area near the gear shift.

Every interaction from my first contact with the shop to picking up my car, I felt informed and supported by Boyd's. Each member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the coordination with the rental company, as well as the regular updates on the status of my repairs. The actual work done looks great and I will come back for any future repairs!

Robin, Rose and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They really look after their customers. They kept me informed throughout the enire process regarding my repairs as well as doing an excellent job. This is the second time I have used their services for an ICBC claim. He explained everything to me and called me a day or so after dropping the car off to give me an update. Michelle was quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. What seemed like a nightmare to deal with initially turned out to be nothing to worry about - because the staff at Boyd made it easy and painless. Robin Soni of Boyd was very accommodating with my claim process. I came by with the car and he booked me in as soon as possible. I was out of town while the repairs were being done and he even offered to meet me at the shop on a Sunday upon my return in case I needed the care.
