Took a bit long to fix it but they did accomodate with a rental car so it did help so that was positive.

This was the 2nd time Boyd's repaired my rear bumper and once again I was VERY impressed with the service provided. They kept me up-dated on the progress of the repair and made arrangements for Enterprise staff to pick me up for the loaner. My car was ready when they said it would be and the estimated cost was very close to the final price. Friendly staff and excellent results. Thanks so much.

great service at this location...came in to get an estimate/book a time for a windshield chip repair and, though all the staff were busy, took the time to leave their current job do the repair and get me on my way within minutes...all with smiles and bantering conversation...good customer service seems to be a rare commodity these days so it was pleasantly refreshing to receive some.....I even came back a couple of hours later to see whether more could have been done for the esthetics and again, time was taken to explain the results...

Great service. The car looks awesome -- Thanks Boyd. I went there on the recommendation of my neighbour, Marg Pickard of 34 Springlea Path. The pick up and delivery of the customer was appreciated.

Excellent service. Very satisfied with all aspects of work related to this accident + prior one. This will always be my preferred body shop for collision repairs. Continue with the excellent service and work.
