I have had many repairs done with this location and they always go the extra mile to make sure I am a happy customer. I would like to thank all the front end staff and shop personnel whose professional and courteous attitude make it the kind of business we all want to deal with and return to for future repairs. Thank you again Boyd, you have done it again. Great work!

I dropped my car off on the weekend due to shift work. I received calls on Tuesday and Thursday informing me of how the work was progressing on my vehicle. They called back on Friday to say that it was completed ahead of schedule, however I was out of the province on vacation. There was no issue with me picking up my vehicle at a later date. When I was able to pick up the vehicle I was impressed with the work and my vehicle was looking pristine.

I was rear ended a few weeks ago and took my CRV in to Boyd for repairs. They were very professional, helpful and thorough. I was provided with a loaner vehicle which was very helpful as I needed to get around. They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and I was amazed that I had it back in my possession in less than a week. It looked like new again and was washed and vacuumed. It looked so great it almost made up for the disappointment I felt about the damage to my almost new SUV. The gentleman who I dealt with was Larry McKenzie. I hope you realize what a valuable associate you have working for you as he went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer.
