Fortunately it has been years since I required work done on my vehicle but unfortunately I had some recent body damage that required repairs. I was very pleased with the service I received from Robin and the quality of the repair done to my vehicle. I was worried because of the amount of suspension damage my vehicle sustained, but the car drives like new after the repair. I would highly recommend this shop.

I would like to thank the staff at Vancouver BC location for doing such a great job on my car soo efficiently. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was explained about the repair process so well and the quality of workmanship done on my car was really good. Rose from front desk kept me informed and updated of the status on the repairs as she had promised. As per my request my car was ready in less time than would have been needed. I was explained about the repairs done and my car was given to me very well cleaned up. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back again if the need arises. Highly recommend it to anyone without doubt. Thank you so much, I am a happy customer:)

I went to Boyd in Richmond a couple Saturdays ago and wanted to get a quote to repair my rear bumper. Samantha the customer service representative offered to polish some of the scratch marks off. While I was waiting, she even offered me coffee and turned on the TV while I wait. After 20 minutes, the gentlemen who polished my rear bumper was able to polished the blue scratch marks. They also gave me a complimentary car wash. I was amazed by the customer service that I received and also Samantha was very accommodating, professional and last but not the least very friendly. This experience exceeded my expectation and went above and beyond. It is really rare to receive good customer service now a day. If I need anything for my vehicle, I will insist to Boyd ~ Thank you:)
