I came in to get a windshield chip repaired and was assisted by Rishi who was friendly, knowledge and honest in his assessment of the damage and repairs required. Taking my car in for repairs etc. is usually such a stressful process for me because i am bombarded with unfamiliar jargon and feel pressured to purchase additional services that i do not require. This was not my experience this time; thank you Rishi for a great experience. I would highly recommend this location of Boyd Autobody to family and friends."

The joke in my family is that I should have Boyd on speed dial and they should just stock my bumper "in case" since I have had 4 hit-and-runs with my car! Every time the King Edward Street Boyd has been terrific. This time as part of the paint job they even painted the bottom of my passenger door since they saw it could use a little work and was adjacent to the damaged area. Car was spotless when I picked it up. Thanks again!

Catherine and Steph are awesome. I was not happy with the noise my car was making when I picked it up. They took the matter into their own hands and in less than 8 hours had my car fixed to my satisfaction. They are in my opinion who represent Boyd and do an awesome job at it.

I would like to thank you sincerely for honouring your warranty on our van. We appreciated that you went through the archived paperwork to find this out. The fact that you also made sure that the new paint also extended to the sliding door was also much appreciated. Initially I assumed that I was paying for the rental of another vehicle but was pleasantly surprised to hear otherwise. We certainly will continue to use Boyd's Autobody service when the need arises and we will recommend it to anyone in need of an honest, and professional workmanship.
