I found the staff very professional and courteous, and they also answered all of the questions I had. They estimated it would take about nine days to complete the repairs, but they surprised me when they called on day seven and said the repairs were done!! Great work from everyone. Thanks very much.

I was pleased with how they were there if I had any questions regarding my car and updates. I was very pleased that my car was very clean inside after getting all the repairs done to it. They were also pretty good at trying to keep the date for completion on time. Thankyou :)

Truck looks great, Updates were prompt and the staff was excellent at addressing my questions. Given the level of service, I look forward to returning at a later date to get some non-insurance repairs on my vehicle and perhaps some auto-glass replacement. Thanks.

Great, friendly service. Actually went in a few days before, to get the windshield moulding that a car wash had "removed" with too much pressure, and was pleasantly surprised to get the "no charge" treatment! A day later a truck tire spat out a rock, and cracked my windshield, so back I went. The detailing done was almost worth the $200.00 deductible. A nice surprise to get such good service in this day and age! I would not hesitate to recommend this Boyds to any friend or family member. Kudos to Chris,Wendy and the whole gang. They even laughed at my bad jokes!
