I was really impressed with the customer service at the Nairn Ave location. All my questions were answered and my vehicle was fixed within just a couple of days. The job was really well done plus my vehicle was VERY clean! I was one happy customer! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this location again and I will make sure to recommend Boyd Autobody to friends and family. Thank you for the GREAT service!!!

My experience at Boyd Autobody was amazing! From the minute I called to book an appointment until the minute I picked up my car I received 5 star service. Terry is a super hero, he is efficient, friendly and does an amazing job. Chelsea (I think) at the front desk is an angel and even helped me fax off paperwork to my insurance company. Even the rental car people were awesome. From start to finish this shop showed friendly, efficient customer service and I will be going back to see them in the future. My car looks brand new again. Amazing!

My car was so CLEAN when I picked it up ! I feel in love with my car all over again. Linda at the front desk is exceptional at customer service. She went the extra mile to get in touch with my insurance company to clear up deductible issue. I really appreciate her approach and customer service. Thank you Boyd.!!
