Fantastic service! We have used Boyd a couple of times for insurance jobs and had exceptional service, but this time we went there to get a quote for repainting some scratches on the back of our car before we sold it. Boyd offered to polish it free of charge and thought that would solve the problem. They had 2 guys polish it for 45 mins and it came out perfect. They wouldn't accept any payment not even a 'drink'. Wonderful service thank you!

I called the Scurfield location on April 1 because I was having water leaking through into the interior of my car. I had my windshield replaced a few years ago by this location and wasn't sure if there was a problem with the windshield. I called and spoke with (Sam or Dan? I apologize, as I can't remember). Anyways, I live nearby and was driving past the location and asked if I could stop by and have it looked at. It was near the lunch hour, however, your team was able to accommodate me. I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter and 6 month old son, so it's not that easy for me to come by and leave my vehicle. They were quick to pull in my vehicle and have Sal come out and look at it. From the initial phone call to picking up my car, fully washed and vacuumed, an incredibly positive experience. Boyd obviously cares about their customers and the experience they are providing. Both Michelle and Jamie ensured that I was taken care of properly, providing accurate and timely information, always with a smile. And the repair work was outstanding as well! Robin S. was the serviceman who helped me assess the damage on my car (Ford Focus 2003). I wasn't sure if I should make a claim or pay myself so he looked at my insurance papers and showed me where I was on the insurance chart. He wrote out the number for ICBC and I phoned right there in the office and sorted out the rest. Robin and the other staff were friendly, helpful and they did a fantastic job at replacing my fender and blending the paint on my 11 year old car. Excellent service..When I picked up by car it had been cleaned on the outside and the inside. Was very impressed. They even fixed my bent licence plate. Was very glad I had picked Boyd"s to do my repair.

I came in on April 1, 2014 becuase the corner of my front bumper had accidentily popped out. I'd had my vehicle serviced at this location before, so I knew that the staff would be helpful. Kristen Single answered advised me to come in and that she ould have a look at it for me. Once I got there, she did not hesitate to make me feel welcomed and help me with my vehicle. Kristen is a great person, with a bubbly personally and I was lucky that she was there to help me. This location does some great work and you're lucky to have her on your team.
