Everything was well done from service, timing for appointment, completion of the work, to the extra car clean and wash. Much appreciated. Professional job by Jamie and the friendliness of Michelle at reception made a lousy situation (broken windshield) seem not so bad after all. My windshield was broken by a home run ball. The service I received from Boyd was also like "hitting the ball out of the park- a home run- again." Thanks.

Boyd autobody Maple Ridge has retaped my side moulding on my car no charge and I have always brought my cars to them as I am very satisfied with the service and qaulity, thanks so much good job!

Not only did they fix my windshield in a very timely manner (I needed it back by a certain time, which they accommodated), but my car had been completely cleaned, inside and out. Being "wowed" is hard to come by these days.

Special kudos to Michelle E. Her kind yet efficient manner made this car repair (from a hit and run) so much more bearable. My husband was particularly pleased because she took the time to explain all the details that he wanted to know. Thanks very much Michelle.

Very impressed with how clean my van was when I got it back was cleaned better than those places that clean the interior of your vehicle. Fast and very friendly staff. Thanks for your great service.

They were fantastic, they were quick efficient and very professional. I noticed this the moment I went in. Without asking any questions, all my questions were answered. I felt at ease knowing that I brought my vehicle to the right place. I had no doubt. I even received a courtesy call and recieved an update on my vehicle. 2 thumbs up!

When it came to choosing which body shop to take my car I did not hesitate. BOYD instantly came to mind ("Bring it to Boyd"). Earlier in the year I had my car in for a rear end hit. The repairs were marvelous. So when it came around to take my 2001 Civic for some repairs I had no doubt where to go. The front office staff was easy and helpful to deal with. Jb took care of me for both accidents beginning to end. When I received the car back, it had looked as if they traded my car in for a newer Civic. I am more than pleased with the workmanship. What blew me away, were the little things they had done (polished my headlights, retape a door moudling and fixed the door gap) WITHOUT me asking... The rest of the car color is new and shinny. WOW THANK YOU Boyd Autobody! Customer care is nothing less than exceptional 10/10!

I like having to go to the auto body shop about as much as I like going to the dentist. Not that much!! Having said that I have nothing but good things to say about Boyd Autobody on Sooke Rd. in Victoria. My vehicle while only sustaining minor damage, was fixed in a timely and efficient manner. Kris and Wendy were great to deal with, although I hope to never see them again!!!
