Friendly service by all of the Boyd people I had contact with. They kept me up-to-date on the repair. And much to my delight (and simultaneous horror!) they vacuumed my dreadfully dirty car for me! I had no idea. I meant to do it before dropping off, but when time ran out, it was #1 on my to-do list afterward ... now I can skip right to cleaning the upholstery & carpets. :) All in all, a very positive experience. Thank you.

My experience at Boyd was very friendly. efficient, and the type of service that sets the bar.Staff are eager to help and answer questions the moment you walk in the door. I came in for a wind shield replacement and was greeted by Rose, who worked with my schedule and had my vehicle ready exactly when she said it would be, washed and vacuumed. Several months earlier I visited the same location to ask about having a different chip fixed on the same wind shield. After an inspection I was told they could try, but due to thy type of chip, advised against it. I was thankful for the money I had saved and the honest answer received. I would return here and recommend this location to anyone.

Just a note to say thank you for the great team at Boyd New Westminster who took care of a small warranty matter for me.Someone had backed into my vehicle a few years ago and a crack in the paint began to surface in the area that was damaged. The initial work was done by another Boyd's shop but as Boyd New Westminster was now closer for me to get to/from, both Boyd shops were willing to accommodate my request and proceed with the work. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and am grateful Boyd honors its warranty program. Both shops were excellent and very professional. Both also added a little TLC such as a wash and vacuum free of charge - the New West shop even gave me a ride to/from skytrain and fixed another problem they noticed for me. I had my dodge truck rear ended, not bad but needed some repairs, Larry and the crew took excellent care of me and did an awesome job on the truck, better than new, the wash and clean afterwards made me feel I had a new truck!. The icing on the cake was Larry taking me home once I had dropped off the truck after work and picking me up after the repairs were completed.!

Once again the service was awesome. When I came in they'd already had the paperwork from the insurer ready to go and I was in and out in 10 minutes, including having the service loaner. They completed the work (minor paint repair) a day earlier than forecast and my car was spotless, inside and out. It was cleaner than some professional detailers had done I the past. VERY impressed and would recommend.

I had some moldings replaced on my truck. I was very impressed with the service start to finish. Repair was done well. I was also impressed they washed my vehicle and had it cleaned. That was an unexpected surprise as most places would not think about it. also, they had it done when they said. i would not hesitate to return if future work is required. The people were very helpful at this store and very responsive.

Great service! Needed my windshield replaced, Chelsea managed the claim paperwork and reminded me I was eligible for a loaner car while the work was being done. Technician was efficient - car was done earlier than expected, and my car was clean and looking great when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

i stopped in to have a quick fix done on my license plate holes. the staff were polite and able to fit me in to quickly fix the problem.. they were polite, smiled a lot, and very easy to talk with and completely understood what i needed done. the front desk staff were incredible, polite and friendly. i will be back there for any future work i need done on my vehicle.
