The car looks great . it was very fast n easy. loved the detailing inside and out when I picked it up. Had asked for them to replace the rear brakes but was told they just needed alittle cleaning and that they still had lots of life. yay ..For picking up my car I told them I worked 12 hour shifts, the manager offered to open early so I wouldn't miss time at work . Very impressed :)

I have never required auto glass services before , it was recommended to me to give Boyd a call . Rose answered , hearing a women on the other end of the phone immediately put me at ease .A few simple questions to answer & the next day Robin & team came out to get my car . The best part , when it was returned it had been washed & vaccumed . I havent been experienced this type of customer service in years !! I will definitely be spreading the word about this place .

I have used Boyd twice in the past and have been satisfied with the service. This week the rocker panel came off my Magnum. Aniei, ( manager ) said if I got the clips Boyd would install for no charge. i got them today and within 10 minutes of going to Boyd the panel was put back on. This is exceptional service and I feel it needs to be recognized. Boyd is my dealer of choice and will tell all where to take their car for body repairs.

The quality of work is excellent. My concerns when I brought the vehicle in were a) hidden damage, b) the paint matching. The car was checked and some minor hidden damage was found (crushed bumper foam) this was replaced. The colour match is perfect. When I picked the vehicle up it had been cleaned inside and out. The two gentlemen I dealt with Russell Frost and Lawrence McLaren were professional and friendly. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with.

I had an unfortunate incident-random spray painting, bright blue profanities -all over my cute little convertible beetle! What an ordeal- however- I went to Boyd Autobody and Glass, and despite the incident, they were great to deal with-super friendly and understanding- Especially Terry -AKA 'yogibear' -always great to do business with a fellow Yogi! Thank you!! plus the rental fiat was a nice perk-and the new paint job looked super!
