Thank you so much for the great service! What seemed like a small fix turned out to be anything but. The mirror on the passenger side needed to be replaced. After several dealings with other places, Boyd solved the problem.Their technician fixed it when it seemed the Honda dealership did not want to touch it. Your employee, Breanne B., is great at customer relations. When I brought my vehicle in for repair and the car rental company (Enterprise) had not shown up after 25 minutes, she took the initiative to call them. She then informed me and apologized for their being late. I appreciated her e-mails to update me about the car's repair and her ever friendly manner. Communication was great. The car was repaired perfectly. Thank-you.

Wow, the service I got here was amazing. Paolo checked me in and arranged for Bill to give me a ride to a store whilst the work was being done. Ravi did the best job ever on my headlight restoration and Samantha was so nice, checking me out. Good old fashioned friendly service from all. Love it. It would be impossible to overstate my satisfaction with the treatment I received from Robin and his staff! I was introduced to them by my wonderful mechanics of 30 years, Granville & Avery Automotive, so I knew that I could trust them. What I wasn't prepared for was the amazing service they provided. Together we determined what collision repairs were and were not warranted, so that my reliable and beloved car of 23 years could be restored to the road at reasonable cost. Parts were found, repairs completed and the car cleaned up - in fewer than 24 hours, because Robin was determined that I have my car back before the long weekend and expected rainy weather. All done with huge smiles and immense courtesy from everyone. Thank you!!!
