I bought a Groupon for headlight restoration and carwash from Boyd Autobody and availed of the coupon in the Richmond location. The good customer service started from the moment Samantha answered the phone. She very kindly offered to throw in a complimently interior shampoo even though that was not included in the package. The reception area at Boyd's is very accomodating and welcoming with free coffee, magazines and TV. Most of the friendliness of the staff, Samantha, Joseph and the people who work there goes a long way in making a customer like me, who has never used Boyd before want to come back.

I have used Boyd Autobody @ 73rd Avenue 3 or 4 times over the years with 2 different vehicles. I have found not only is the work terrific, but timely as well. Robin and Rose make sure that the time to fix my vehicle is convenient for me and always provide a courtesy car if needed. I am very lucky that such a great service for auto repair is in my area and I don't have to go too far. They do a great job. That's why I come back.
