Staff were very pleasant to deal with and went 'above and beyond' to ensure my vehicle was repaired. There were some complications with insurance company but they got me back on the road before the Holiday season! I appreciate the extra effort on their part to do so.

I would like to thank Rishi B. the Regional manager for Boyd autobody and glass. I took my car in for some body work to the New West shop and they referred me to Enterprise for a car for the 3 days it would take to fix my car .Icbc waved all charges as it was 100 % not my fault but i still needed a credit card to put One hundred dollars down on the car,I do not use credit cards so they took one hundred dollars from my debit card.When I returned the car I asked for my one dollars back and they said it would come back to me within 21 days by cheque.This upset me very much as I am a single person on a wcb disability right now and it was 2 days before Christmas.I found out in the states if you use your debit when you return the car to Enterprise you get the money put back on your debit right away, but not in Canada.I e-mailed Boyd and asked ... why they would let this happen to their customers ,within an hour I had an e-mail from Rishi Bakshi informing me that he along with Boyd did not know this was Enterprises policy and that he would question them that day about it.He also drove straight to my house with a hundred dollar visa gift card to tie me over till the cheque came along with his apologies .I have had my car to this shop twice in the last year both times 100% the other persons fault and both times I have been more than pleased with Boyd`s work .I thank them and Rishi B. for making my Christmas much happier . read more

I stopped by without an appointment to see about having a chip in my windshield repaired. Jamie took a look, explained the process and possible outcomes and said he'd do it right away. I took my dog for a short walk and when I came back it was done. My windshield is now nearly perfect. Thanks Jamie. I also thank Boyd for having a polite and capable employee like Jamie. Please note that Ron B. as Manager of your St. Albert Service Centre has "Excellent Customer Skills". I recently had my 2009 Ford Ranger towed to your St. Albert Service Centre after being rear ended in November of 2014. Unfortunately the vehicle was written off but Ron treated me with dignity and was very honest as to the situation with my truck. I cannot say the same level of service was received from my insurance company. Ron and Christina know how to treat customers. THANKS!!!
