This man has everything going for him-excellent people skills and a great personality. He really knows the meaning of customer satisfaction and he goes way beyond the average effort to please his customers. He should be promoted and given a raise for his excellent customer service and satisfaction. He is the reason that my family and I will keep returning to this location. The man is worth his weight in gold!

My truck went in to get the front bumper replaced. It was in and out in day which I liked. The people at Boyd Autobody and Glass in Brandon went above and beyond what I was expecting as when I picked up my truck they had cleaned and detailed the inside of my cab. It was quite dirty inside and now it looks way better. Thank you to the Brandon Boyd people for the wonderful job.

The door handle on our car came off (passenger side-front). We took it to where we bought the car and they quoted us a couple hundred dollars for labour, paint, etc. When I took the car in to Boyd, they quoted $105. No paint needed. I dropped to car off, and when I came to pick it up I was told I wasn't going to be charged at all! It was an easy fix for them, and they made it work in the most efficient way. I was so happy with their customer service I will definitely be taking it there again.

Great service provided by the team at King Edward St. in Winnipeg! We had our vehicle in for body work in the summer because of a minor accident and were very pleased with the work done. We were even more pleased when months later a problem came up around where the work was done. The front line staff quickly and efficiently looked up the past work order and suggested I leave the car for them to have another look. Anier K. listened carefully to my concerns and was willing to see if they could help. In no time at all the service technicians were able to solve the problem that 2 other service people elsewhere could not! I drove away with a repaired and clean car! I was very impressed by everyone that I dealt with. They were all helpful, attentive and friendly. So great to see good customer service still exists! I hope I don't need any body ... work done again on my vehicle, but if I do, I will return to Boyd. Thank you again very much Anier and your team! read more

I found Gayle at Boyd Auto Body to be extremely professional and helpful. I had the unfortunate circumstances of being in 2 collisions within the last 6 months and due to the excellent service at this shop the first time, I returned to have some significant auto body repair work done on my car after an accident. Gayle at Boyd Auto Body made sure he was able to do the repairs under the amount that ICBC estimated so that I would not have to buy a new car (I love my current Subaru). He was honest, upfront and efficient. They provided me with a rental car for the length of the time my car was repaired and this was organized in a very convenient and easy manner. When my car was returned, I found the work done was excellent and I feel that they went above and beyond duty. I feel my car is now almost like new!
