Boyd Auto Body and Glass on West 73rd in Vancouver ..I took my van in to Boyd Auto Body after someone keyed my van on two doors. Their service was great(two day turn around), and even delivered my van to a mechanical shop for me for Brake work after my auto body work was finished, Friendly staff, with Robin S. This was my first repair from a collision and Boyd helped me through the process which made it completely easy, convenient and hassle-free! Tony, who speaks Cantonese and is super attentive and caring, took care of everything and is most appreciated because of his follow-up. He would call to keep me posted on progress and even after I got my car back to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend Boyd for any servicing or repairs.

Receptionist was exceptional. She helped me deal with the SGI adjuster, as well as the contact for car rental. She also arranged for one of the Boyd's staff to drive me to and from the car rental. She was efficient, truthful, and comforting. And my car was repaired in less time than first indicated. Absolutely top-of-the line service!
