They did a wonderful job painting my car and cleaned it inside and out as well! I'm very happy.I just wish they would be able to provide rental cars as I ended up having to pay over a hundred dollars in rental insurance for only a few days, even though my repairs and rental were covered by MPI. Overall, very pleased with Boyd. They did great work and the staff was lovely.

We have used this auto body shop in the past and we have always been happy. This time was no different. I inspected the quality of work done and again it is almost perfect. The car took a lot longer then the original "6 days" we were quoted but at the end of the day it was the fault of the people supplying the parts. I think 4 hoods needed to be ordered, everyone one of them coming in damaged, and I believe a headlight also took weeks to come in. Communication between Boyd's and myself was great, they kept me updated weekly and at times daily, this kind of service is much appreciated. Overall I am very happy with my experience, I would use Boyd's again and I would recommend them to anyone.

From the moment he answered my opening question on the phone I was committed to this location. The person who answered ---on the second ring! It was in fact the manager David B. and I made no further calls to body shops (this was my second call after the first location was unhelpful). I went right over to the Scurfield location with my Autopac estimate and met Breanna the personable and equally helpful assistant to the manager--whom she summoned after I had expressed praise for his manner on the phone. Dave said "our business is customer service and we want to be the best!" I said "this company is lucky to have you and he said I am lucky to have them!" Breanna and David made sure to look after my damaged car with exceptional service, repairs, unexpected extras and ahead - of - time delivery. Seamless and painless. They fixed my bumper that was falling off due to a loose part without charge. That was my first time to go there. The job was a minor one, but somewhere else, I probably would have been invoiced. I am impressed with my first encounter with the staff. Thank you guys and enjoy the New Year with God's blessing.

Very happy with the work done on my Mazda SUV. It is the fourth time I've taken this vehicle to Boyd's for four different accidents. Have been very happy with their work every time. I will deal with Boyd's in the future if needed, but would hope to avoid future accidents.
