From the moment he answered my opening question on the phone I was committed to this location. The person who answered ---on the second ring! It was in fact the manager David B. and I made no further calls to body shops (this was my second call after the first location was unhelpful). I went right over to the Scurfield location with my Autopac estimate and met Breanna the personable and equally helpful assistant to the manager--whom she summoned after I had expressed praise for his manner on the phone. They fixed my bumper that was falling off due to a loose part without charge. That was my first time to go there. The job was a minor one, but somewhere else, I probably would have been invoiced. I am impressed with my first encounter with the staff. Thank you guys and enjoy the New Year with God's blessing.

Very happy with the work done on my Mazda SUV. It is the fourth time I've taken this vehicle to Boyd's for four different accidents. Have been very happy with their work every time. I will deal with Boyd's in the future if needed, but would hope to avoid future accidents.

My car went into the Richmond location on Monday and was ready first thing on Friday. The shop performed insured and uninsured work on my car. I dealt with three members of the staff at the location: Samantha (telephone/reception), Joseph (assistant manager), and Paolo (general manager). They were courteous and professional. Most of my dealings were with Joseph: three meetings in person and three telephone calls. Joseph gave me timely updates on the expected completion time. He was friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining the various processes. He is an asset to your company. He was able to give me a very good rate on the uninsured work that I paid for out of my own pocket. I spoke to other autobody shops who toted at least a month's wait to get my car fixed. I brought my car into Boyd on a Monday for a viewing, dropped it off the following Wednesday morning, and had my car back by the next afternoon. I was extremely impressed not only with the friendly staff, but with the speed and quality of the work. I couldn't even tell that anything had been damaged or that the bumper was brand new while the rest of the car was 5 years old. And they returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. All in all, if I ever need to fix up my car again, I will definitely be looking to Boyd to do it.

Boyd has definitely gone over and above at making my bad experience into something incredible. The customer service was fantastic and they always made sure they could do everything they could to make my time there worth while. Not only did I come out with a fixed rear view mirror for my car, but I left boyd with a better attitude and a smile on my face. I definitely recommend taking your car there if you're ever in an accident. You won't regret it.

I had a great experience at Boyd, with Leslie and the team there! Despite the fact that street vandalism caused a smashed passenger-side on my vehicle, my experience in getting it repaired was nothing short of great. Boyd was able to fit me into the schedule quickly, fixed the window on the same day, and arranged for me to have a rental car for the day. My vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition, and had been cleaned - what a treat! Thanks to the team at Boyd for helping me with this repair.
