Unfortunately I required Boyd Autobody's services twice within 2 months for two separate incidents but both times I was greeted with fast, friendly service. I was given a nice, clean courtesy car to use each time which I couldn't have done without during the time my car was being repaired. Speaking of the repairs, everything was fixed perfectly and my car came out both times looking like new. My car was returned to me cleaned inside and out. I was very happy with my experiences but hope to not have to return anytime soon! I would recommend this shop to family and friends. Thank you

I got to the shop for 10am as agreed and got informed if I wanted I could wait for my vehicle as the bumper to be replaced was already painted. As I had nothing to do I agreed to wait. I got to see first hand the staff dealing with some customers. Theresa was dealing with some people whom had never made a claim for damages and they had a ton of questions. She answered them so professionally.. They could not understand how they could not be booked in earlier than the date given as it was just a bumper to be replace. Theresa took the time to explain how the part had to be ordered on a foreign vehicle and it would not be in until next week as Friday was a holiday.
