I want to compliment the team at 15 Marion. Cherryl the customer service rep was so pleasant when I brought my car in yesterday morning for a stone chip. A tech came out right away and they said to wait and they would repair it immediately. Very friendly and very nice people to deal with. Devan, the other customer service rep went to check on my vehicle a few times to ensure it would be done quickly. The tech - I can't remember his name! - was so nice he made we check his work to ensure I was happy. What a great team there and made my day ( after being upset from getting the stone chip on the weekend). I had to report their customer service as it was so good!

Right from the first phone call to book my car in with Brianna , my experience was fantastic ! The staff are all friendly , knowledgeable, efficient and very accommodating . Josh was great , and manager Dave Bain went far and beyond his duties to make my experience a positive one ! Great staff , fantastic manager , and my car looked and drove fantastic . I would highly recommend this location , I'm across the city but would absolutely make the trip if I need service again ! Great job guys !

They were great. Met expectations. Would have been nice to have had a courtesy car but figured out myself that the other insurance agency would pay for a rental so it all worked out in the end.

Catherine helped me quite a bit, she was very quick and smart when it comes to insurance. My vehicle was brought in ASAP and was cleaned and repair above the standard. I am a super happy customer. I will return with future business if need be.
