Stopped by after my truck's rear passenger panel and door was scratched in a hit and run. Manager came out and told me "let me take it back and see what I can do for you". 15 minutes later, much of the 2 foot long scratch is buffed out free of charge. Will be coming back

If I had 100 stars to give for my rating, this would be the time I give it! The staff at Boyd Autobody on Sooke Road are amazing, and their customer service is phenomenal and second to none! Wendy, Jamie, and Chris took care of me from beginning to end, rolled out the red carpet, and made sure my vehicle was back to perfect condition after being body slammed by a deer! I can't thank them enough for everything!!
