Exceptional service ... prompt and great work! Have had a couple fender benders done over the years (mostly my wife :), but recently took my collector's car in to ask a few questions> They promptly put it on a lift answered my questions and made a few recommendations. No wait and no charge. Excellent, first class shop. Would never think of taking body or repair work elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Our car was stolen and the waiting process was long - our insurance company never returned our calls and never called us with updates; however, thru the entire 2 month process - Boyd kept us informed at all times, even calling to let us know there was no updates - although it was determined after 2 months that the car was a loss; I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service we received; especially Chris and Wendy - these are two outstanding employees that made this horrible process more comfortable - I don't normally fill out surveys - but there outstanding dedication to excellent service needs to be recognized in the corporate office - they are both outstanding and I will definitely return should I need any future services for my new car.
