I had my minivan in for a bumper replacement and a chipped window. I had an appointment within 3 days. Enterprise Rent-a-car was at the site ontime with a courtesy vehicle for me. Once done I also dropped the vehicle at Boyd. The relationship between you two is great. The service and attentiveness by Teresa was top notch. I was very impressed with friendly and efficient service at Boyd. From the prompt reply to my online quote inquiry, to the installation of a new windshield. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the final bill was exactly as quoted. They even washed and vacuumed my car!! I would highly recommend Boyd at 73 Ave.

Took my truck in the day after my collision to get a estimate and quote. John took care of me took pic gave me a quote to send to the insurance company. The day I dropped it off to get fixed they had my new bumper installed in about 4 hrs. Called me up told me it was ready. When I got there was surprised to find my truck washed and waiting for me. Was happy with the work they had done. Then a bonus I jumped in my truck to leave and they had vacuumed out my truck. Grate Job BOYD.! Could not bee happier!

It has taken me some time to submit my feedback and I apologize for the delay. However I did want to make sure that these two ladies were recognized for their outstanding Customer Service. Unfortunately I don't know their names but they are the employees at the front that provide Customer Service to all their clients. I have had the pleasure to work with one of these ladies on two occasions and the service was always above and beyond my expectations. The care and concern for my safety and their commitment to Customer Service and Care should be well recognized. As well the work done on my vehicle was perfect and was completed when they said it would be. All round - a great experience! Thank you

I've been using Boyd Autobody for years (since it was originally just Dean Bros.). I recently had some work done on my car from an ICBC claim. I just wanted to let you know the service was, as usual, brilliant! The staff is helpful and friendly, the repairs are done quickly and the bodywork is outstanding. I will not hesitate to come back in the future. (although I hope I don't need to!)

I brought my truck the morning after it was broken into with not only a broken window but significant damage done done to the mechanics of the door. Gale and his team got everything repaired inside 36 hours and had my truck back to me before long weekend! These guys are real pros!!
