Went in to get my bumper fixed and it was a time sensitive matter, but it only took 1 day! I got a courtesy car and excellent service. Everyone was very nuce and my car was cleaner when I got it back then it had been when I bought it.

The left front side of my 2005 Pontiac Pursuit was damaged and my insurance company recommended several repair shops. Without knowing anything about this company, I choose Boyd and it was an excellent choice. My car is 10 years old, I am over 70, and both of us were treated with love and respect, we really mattered to this company regardless of "our" ages! Dealing with the personnel was a very satisfactory experience, the workmanship more than met my expectations and even though I told them I hoped to not need their services in the future, if my car is damaged again,Boyd would be my choice for repairs.

I am very satisfied with the service and work done on my vehicle. My insurance booked me in for an appraisal of the damage, I went in and felt like the guy did a fantastic job ensuring he didn't miss any damage and I was in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. They made me an appointment for a couple weeks later since my vehicle was drive able, and when that time came around I realized I was going to be late for my appointment. I called in and was told that I could come in any time before they closed that day which was fantastic. When I did end up coming in, the receptionist called Enterprise immediately to pick me up. I was told that the repairs would take a couple weeks (I dropped off on a Thursday), but to my surprise they called the following Tuesday that everything was complete! Robin's service was A+, was able to fix my window same day. Even had my car ready an hour early, with all the glass removed from the baby seats. That's the kind of service that helps on a day you find out someone just broke into your car.

The service at Boyd's was exceptional, right from the beginning. I called them to set up an appointment, and they said to bring the car over right away, no waiting. I had called another company previously, and they said to come at the end of the day to look at it, but it would be a month before they could start on it. Jon looked at the damage and then got on his computer to find the availability of parts. he said they would start as soon as the parts arrived. He was true to his word and kept me updated to what was happening on the repairs and the negotiations with ICBC. Great job and done on time as promised.

We received wonderful service for a smashed in rear windshield replacement. Robin was able to give us a very competitive quote most promptly and work was completed to satisfaction the very next day. We would highly recommend Robin and his team on West 73rd in Vancouver.

I am sorry that this feedback is late. Your company did a SUPERB JOB and I was so happyyyyyyyyyy. I have tried to look after my car, and was so disappointing that people would just hit me in parking lots and leave. But I am very very happy with all your STAFF for their help and as I left my car looked like new. I WAS ECSTATIC AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. I was rear-ended a few weeks ago and was relieved to find that the repair was the easiest part of the entire process. Edward was able to schedule an early and expedite drop of and get my car fixed in half of the expected time. He even arranged for a rental company to accept my American insurance company's claim number. I'm very satisfied, thank you so much!
