I had a collision and brought my car to the Boyd Auto body on Scurfield and the customer service at this location is extraordinary!! I cannot express enough how happy I was with the customer service at this location-specifically from Breanne!! My car was written off--which is unfortunate, but my experience with Boyd and everyone there was absolutely delightful. Hopefully I will not need any repairs again any time soon, but if I do I will come back to the Scurfield Boulevard Boyd without hesitation. :)

I was very impressed with the quality and promptness of the services provided. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure my vehicle came back to me on time. Great customer service by Gil and Edward! Being super busy and using it as a work vehicle, it was nice that they kept in contact me to get the vehicle in as I probably would have kept putting it off. Everything is laid out for you when you bring your vehicle in, no surprises. When I picked up my van, all the work that needed to be done was accomplished and they even vacuumed the inside which was a real treat! Great job done by all.

They quickly processed my claim and had me in a very comfortable rental for the entire time my vehicle was in the shop, no inconvenience what so ever!
