Most recently, there was a warranty issue with a claim they had completed. They got me in quick, remedied the issue, and even cleaned our vehicle inside and out when we picked it up! Thumbs up!

I had a fantastic experience with Boyd. My vehicle was violently vandalized and extensively damaged. The Boyd group did an incredible job of repairing and restoring my vehicle (new hood, new roof, new windshield etc). They went above and beyond by offering me a courtesy car (despite my insurance not covering it), repainting an old scratch on my bumper, and even fixing an air conditioning issue, not to mention the extensive repairs from the vandalism. I had a great, professional experience and would recommend Boyd to friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!

I just wanted the management to know what great people work at your shop. I went to your shop to get an estimate for a scratch that was on the driver side of my door. I was extremely upset as it was a brand new car and the scratch was made by someone who broke into our car port and stole something and scratched my car in the process. When I got to your shop, it was closed. Two men were still there working there. Ali asked me if he could help with anything. I told him about my car. He went to take a look at it and asked me to drive it into the shop. He got a cloth and much to my surprise he got rid of the scratch. Somehow he buffed it out. I could not believe it. I was so happy, thrilled actually. He didn't charge me anything for his service. This to me is" First Class Customer Service". Not only have you made me a future ... customer, but have already recommended you to my friends and co-workers. Thank you so very much again!!!
