The staff at the McIvor location were absolutely amazing. Great communication, they had my truck ready a 3 days ahead of schedule. They helped with my rental truck. They even went as far to detail my truck inside & out. Fresh armor all to the tires. It hasn't looked this good since i purchased it. Boyd Autobody & Glass in Victoria is fabulous. I had severely damaged the front end of my brand-new Kia. The repair was complex because the car is new, and parts had to be sourced. Ruth is the first person I talked to, and several times after that, as the car was being repaired. She is cordial and patient and kept me calm in the face of my distress. Tanya looked at the damage and was courteous and upfront about what would happen. The technicians did a fabulous job of repairing. The car looks and drives great, and all the technology works. The people at Boyd are awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

My wifes car was side swiped, down the drivers side. Rear bumper, quarter panel, both doors, and front fender. As well as door handle. We had been dealing with Boyd in St Albert and their quality was lacking to say the least. We had to bring the cr back 5 times for pitting in the paint, panels not aligned, as well as keyless entry wouldn't work. We had made a complaint and directed to Boyd on the Yellowhead. Right from the start we could tell the service was different. They were polite, listened to our concerns, and even walked around the vehicle with is to fully understand. It was booked in and at pickup, I can't stress enough how happy we were. They were able to align the bumper, make the paint look like a mirror, and replaced the handle that the previous shop coated in sooooo many coats, the keyless didnt work.
