I had my 2015 Mazda 3 repaired at Boyd in Richmond recently. The experience I had with Samantha, Joseph, and Paolo was fantastic. They were professional and friendly from the beginning, and prompt to keep me updated with the status of the repair. The worksmanship was spectacular. A day after I had gotten my car back, I noticed a small paint chip on my door which may or may not have had happened in the shop. I brought the car back the day after to have it looked at because the spot had started to oxidize. Boyd touched it up with no charge. Thank you guys for your wonderful service!

Robin S. managed my case at Boyd Vancouver and he was outstanding. My car was damaged a day before I left for a 2 week vacation. Despite my being abroad, Robin provided regular and useful updates via email and this continued upon my return. I never had to chase for information or updates and the car was returned to me as promised by Robin and in excellent condition. Very happy with the repairs and the customer service I received from Robin was some of the best I've ever had. I will not hesitate to return to Boyd Vancouver and recommend Robin and his team to friends.

The staff at Boyd are consistenly excellent. They are fast and efficient, service is great. I actually work in another city, and my office is beside another autobody and glass shop but I will always come back to this site with Robyn.

The staff, Wendy and Jamie were very professional, taking the time to explain all the details, and making all necessary arrangements to fit my schedule. This is my second experience with Boyd's in Langford , and I will definitely recommend this body shop to friends. Again thanks for the great service. Really, truly excellent work, and excellent service. They got everything done in just two business days (and there was a fair amount to do) and provided me with a clean, safe courtesy car. They charged me exactly what they said they were going to charge and threw in a couple of nice extras - no nickel-and-diming whatsoever. The repairs were very obviously done by people with a lot of experience who take pride in their work. My car was returned to me looking beautiful and super-clean, inside and out. I cannot think of one thing this business could have done better. Really impressed. Thank you!
