We are completely satisfied with the courteous and professional way in which we were treated by this particular branch of Boyd Autobody. The repair to our bumper was done in a way that it was better than the original. Thanks for the professional way in which this repair was handled, we will not hesiktate to return if this type of work is needed again.

Omg so I was involved in an accident where the electrical, telephone, and cable wires came crashing down on my vehicle out of no where, and left a bunch of scuff marks. When I came to Boyd, which btw came highly recommended from my insurance company, I was greeted right away and offered a coffee by the receptionist Samantha and moments later, an estimator by the name of Joseph approached me with a firm handshake and smile, and we both went out to look at my vehicle. Joseph was very honest and has a keen eye, picking up on damage that I didn't even notice. He briefly gave me some options and said that he would try and see if the scuff marks and damage to the windshield could be polished off. Within 5 min. Joseph returned and gave me some wonderful news: "I'm going to clean up your vehicle for free", he says. "You won't have ... to pay the deductible," he finishes as he notices the confused look on my face. I asked him what the catch was and he simply replies, "if you like you can write up a testimonial on our site". Honestly, this accident has really shown me the beauty of Karma and I feel so blessed to have gone through it. I wouldn't trade it for the world. Coming to Boyd and meeting Joseph was the icing on the cake. This is truly a one of a kind company, who cares about its clients. I never knew that this type of service and customer care still existed especially here in Vancouver where people in the service industry treat you like you are just a number. This is the second time I have used Boyd Auto Body for the repair of my car. The service is excellent, friendly, thorough, and prompt. My car looks amazing and they even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside and outside and..... it was ready a day early!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Guys!!! :-)

I did not have an appointment, and the workers were totally ok with that, squeezing me in for a wind shield repair 20 minutes before closing. I would definitely recommend Boyd to everyone I know who ever needs glass repairs for their car!

This was my first accident and I was so confused with the insurance and the shock of it all Veronica helped so much dealing with the warranty, insurance the dealership she calmed me down and was extremely kind and I learned more about insurance from her then the people that sold me the policy , she walked me through the steps and patiently answered my many questions . I'm still waiting to know what is going to happen to my car the accident was a week ago.
