I had the best customer service this morning! 10/10 would recommend this location. JB K. helped me out without hesitation, I didn't have an appointment just walked it and he saw my car and knew before I even walked in. :) I've never been here before but I know where I'm going for all future car issues. All staff were very helpful & professional throughout the process. They quickly processed my claim and had me in a very comfortable rental for the entire time my vehicle was in the shop, no inconvenience what so ever! I've patronized this particular shop in the past and would gladly do so again if misfortune should strike.

This is an amazing autobody shop! I received a free service yesterday, the general manager just helped me fixed my bump in 2 minutes without any charge, very appreciated the help from them! I will definitely visit the shop again next time if my car has any problem, strongly recommend to my friend.

This was my first time dealing with an accident, and the staff at Boyd, especially Kris, made the whole situation as simple as I could have wished for. There was nothing but professionalism and the best intentions in getting my vehicle repaired to the highest standards. I was given a timeline of how long the repairs would take, and they managed to have it done before the estimated date. Everything was taken care of, and they went above and beyond to make sure even the interior was cleaned. I am very pleased, and will be recommending this shop to everyone.

Robin S. is a true ambassador for this company. Some one had side swiped my car on the weekend and although the damage was not extensive, there were some visible marks on the side of my car as a result. Very annoying at least as I have always maintained my car the for someone to do this an not leave a note is a sad reflection on some people today. Anyways, Robin took the time to have a look and just said leave it to me . Later on in the after noon a quick email came that the care was ready. I came down and the car was beautifully buffed out with very minor little marks and in the spirit of the season no charge to me. Got excellent service from Terry. Not only was the repair fast, it was super nice quality. Super happy with the paint blending. Service went above and beyond what I expected. Would highly recommend BOYD Langley to anyone who needs auto body work.

Kris is amazing! He has repaired rock dings, damage from a hit and run and most recently he buffed out a scrape from us reversing out the garage. He has great customer service and the work done has always been top notch. I would highly recommend Kris and this location of Boyd Autobody in Victoria.

Truck looks really good, better than I expected. Darcy did everything he said he would and delivered on what he said. This was my first accident and the shop made me a part of the process and gave great advice. 5 stars for them :)
